When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of ordering from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information and you can expect it to arrive within 5-10 business days.
During sale periods, please allow additional days for us to process & ship your order. We do not process or ship orders on the Malaysian national holidays. Smitten is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.
What courier is used for shipping?
We currently ship via DHL Express only.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over USD $200. Please note that your order may be subject to local taxes, customs, and duties determined by the destination country.
Customs & Duties
Shipments from our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The recipient is liable for all import duties and taxes fees. If you refuse a shipment from Smitten, you are responsible for the original purchase, shipping charges, all import duties and taxes fees, and the cost of returning the package to Smitten and you will not be reimbursed or refunded for refused items.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at support@smittenlabel.com. We’ll file a claim and do what we can to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
*Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, or was signed for, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
