Ordering/Payment

We will process your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and Apple Pay  

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of ordering from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped, you can expect it to take between 2-10 business days to arrive! During sale periods, please allow additional days for us to process & ship your order. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do not process or ship orders on the Malaysian national holidays. Smitten is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.
 

All orders may be subject to verification. We do this to ensure the protection of our customers, and we want to ensure that every order that ships is authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out immediately to ensure minimal delays in processing time.
 

Unfortunately, we don’t – but we’re working towards offering this in the near future!
 

We have a size guide that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size at Smitten. Do take note that each style has a unique silhouette – and therefore will have different exact measurements. If you have any questions about the exact measurements of a specific style, you can always contact us & we’ll be more than happy to help you find your perfect size! You can email us at support@smittenlabel.com with any questions. If you include your bust, waist, and hip measurements in your email, we’ll be able to help you much quicker!
 

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make any changes.

If you need to cancel your order, you have until 6PM GMT+8 (Malaysia/Singapore time) the following business day to cancel. To cancel within this timeframe, contact us at support@smittenlabel.com, and include your order number in your request. If you decide against your purchase after the allotted time frame, the order will be shipped to you and you can send it back as a normal return.
 

Once we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Click on the tracking link in that email to see the status of your delivery. Please do note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.
 

We certainly hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (apologies in advance) contact us at support@smittenlabel.com so we can make things right!  

If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at support@smittenlabel.com. We’ll file a claim and do what we can to get it taken care of as quickly as possible.

*Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, or was signed for, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
